On Feb. 5, 2016, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), Troop “C” Uniform Force, and Vestal Police Department executed a search warrant at 15 Delaware Ave., Apt. 237, in the Town of Union, Broome County following an investigation into crack cocaine sales.

Seized during the search was 7 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of marihuana, cutting agents, baggies, a pyrex measuring cup with cocaine residue and a cell phone.

As a result of the investigation Jamel Campbell, age 32 of 15 Delaware Ave., Apt. 237, Endwell, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony; Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor; and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.

Jamel Campbell was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of bail.
