The Owego Apalachin Board of Education will host a public budget forum from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14.
A regular Board of Education meeting will follow at 7 p.m.
Both events will be held in the LGI (large group instruction hall), located off the main lobby at Owego Free Academy.
