During a celebration held Oct. 30, 2015 at Tioga Downs in Nichols, N.Y., Owner Jeff Gural vowed to move forward with some of the expansion as the full gaming license process continues to move forward. Earlier this month, the Gaming Facility Location Board recommended Tioga Downs for New York’s final, full gaming license. Check back later for the full story.
