If you have a family member that has had or currently has a connection with the service or a Legionnaire, you may be eligible to join the American Legion Auxiliary. They are seeking those that have an interest in supporting our armed forces, their families, our veterans and our communities.
Annual dues are inexpensive compared to the service and sacrifice of our family members that have given their time – it’s our turn to support them 100 percent. Meetings help to establish ways to raise funds to help them, and our hours are reported to Congress – valued at $22.55 per hour, and helps to fight for their rights, lobby for more benefits, and keep the benefits they currently have from being taken away.
