Is your child interested in joining Boy Scouts? Troop 38 in Owego invites any boy who is at least 11 years old or has completed fifth grade, who has earned the Arrow of Light Award and is at least 10 years old to attend Troop 38’s open house on Monday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Union Church, Corner of North Avenue and Temple Street in Owego.
Troop 38 is all about outdoor adventure, helping others, learning new skills, making new friends and most importantly, having fun with a great group of kids.
