Owego-based Boy Scout Troop 38 has been a staple at the Strawberry Festival for over 15 years.
Come visit Troop 38’s booth located at the corner of Lake and Front Streets, where the scouts will be selling strawberry coolers and shortcake along with other items.
The festival is one of Troop 38’s biggest fundraisers of the year.
