This summer, school children will be able to eat breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday at two Owego Apalachin locations – free of charge.
There are several other locations that will make this offering as well. Breakfast will be available from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., and lunch will be available from 12:30 to 1: 30 p.m.
