Be it resolved that,
Whereas our colleague and friend, H. William “Bill” Visscher has passed from this life of earthly toil,
And whereas Bill was known to us all as a diligent worker, courteous servant and forthright Treasurer of the Tioga County Agricultural Society,
And that he did undertake all his duties with a smile and was of good cheer, bringing peace and contentment at times of stress,
And that his aid and comfort was available to all without question or hesitation,
Be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the Society extends its heart felt gratitude for Bill’s years of service to the Society, and sincere sympathy to his Family and friends,
And that a copy of this Resolution shall be spread across the minutes of this meeting of the Board of Directors, as a permanent testament to Bill’s loyal service, and that a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to his Family in recognition of our shared deep loss.
Moved and passed unanimously at the Monday, May 4 meeting of the Tioga County Agricultural Society.
