Tioga County Rural Ministry (TCRM) will be conducting an area-wide collection of personal care products throughout the month of May. Products needed are all items that are not covered by food stamps, like soap, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, toilet tissue, and facial tissue.
Bins are located in over 40 sites in Owego. If you don’t see one of their bins, call Sister Mary at Tioga County Rural Ministry, (607) 687-3021, and she’ll be happy to cite some of the various locations.
