New collection of books at the Apalachin Library

The Apalachin Library has purchased a new collection of books about teaching, parenting, and otherwise helping those with various special needs. The books include music therapy, yoga, teaching about body language, help for speech and communication difficulties, tips for siblings of children with special needs, early intervention, feeding children with autism and more.

They now have a book to guide parents and families with residential planning for adults and children.

These books were purchased through a grant from the Finger Lakes Library System’s Outreach department. Stop in the library if you think any of these books would be of use to you.
