On Oct. 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Owego Fairgrounds at Marvin Park, a haunted house will take place with the proceeds benefitting charities and staffed by volunteers. Admission is $5 for adults, and $3 for children under 12.
The fairgrounds are located on Route 17C in Owego, N.Y.
