On May 17, 2015, at about 6:25 p.m., the New York State Police at Owego, with the assistance of the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Marina R. Burnard, 26, of Binghamton, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Reckless Endangerment 2nd and the violation of Harassment 2nd.

This arrest occurred after Troopers responded to a Tioga County 911 report of an altercation on Allyn Road in the Town of Tioga. An investigation determined that during a custody dispute she nearly struck the victim with her car as she drove from the scene recklessly.

Marina R. Burnard was arraigned in the Town of Tioga Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail or $4,000.00 property bond.
