One way of living is to get influenced by the vibrations of the world. The other way is to influence the world with your vibrations. If we create the same vibration that is happening now in the world, we radiate that out and more of that happens in the world. Do we want to send more pain or do we want to send them healing energy? Compassion means to understand others and give them healing energy.
For anger and hatred, we need to send love. If there is panic and fear, we need to send peace. To shift the energy of the world towards love and peace, we need to radiate those feelings to them even while witnessing violence. Being a detached observer means to create an emotion which is different from the emotion of the scene. While watching the news detach and create the vibrations needed, not the vibration already present.
When confronted with problems that confuse or seem to lack solution, go within, away from the physical senses and pay attention to the quality of your thoughts. The mind silently creates so many thoughts. Our thoughts affect our mood. In meditation send positive thoughts to the mind. Focus attention behind your eyes and enter the solitude of the soul. In silence visualize the self as spiritual light radiating light. Pay attention and respectfully listen to the inner voice of your conscience. It connects us to what is right and just, not the values seen otherwise in society. Most important is knowing when God is all you have, you have all you need. Connect and be showered with God’s powerful loving light, only a thought away. This pure love and power strengthens our conscience and will power to do good; it is the spiritual force that destroys loneliness and depression and unlocks our potential.
The old nature of hopelessness disappears. We see how unique and special we are and feel a deep refreshment and joy. Our attention moves away from competition to contribution. Our positive spiritual attitude now unlocked helps us easily support and uplift others. The world needs vibrations of unity, compassion, respect, love and peace. Remember lasting happiness is found within. Smiles are contagious. Kindness is free, and things always get better with time.
