The Newark Valley Pantry is now accepting requests for Holiday Boxes in the 13811 zip code area. Residents may sign up at the pantry or by calling Sherry at 642-8176.
For Christmas, the deadline for signups is Dec. 6. Pickup of boxes will be on Dec. 21, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Methodist Church Ministry.
There will be no pantry in December for seniors nor a regular pantry on Dec. 11, 17, 19, 24, 26, and 31.
