Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County and Tioga Opportunities Inc. are pleased to recognize the 2018 graduates of the Family Development Credential Program.

Participants completed 90 hours of classroom instruction, prepared portfolios demonstrating their skill development, and successfully passed a written exam.  The Family Development Credential is a professional development program offered through UCONN and facilitated locally through a partnership between CCE Tioga and Tioga Opportunities Inc. This nationally recognized program enhances workers’ ability to serve families from a strengths based perspective and collaborate with other agencies and the community to maximize positive outcomes for families.

The next course is scheduled to begin in January 2019. More information about the course is available at http://tioga.cce.cornell.edu/family/professional-development-opportunities.
