The 38th annual Apple Festival was held on Oct. 6 and 7 at the Bement-Billings Farmstead Museum located at 9241 Ste. Rte. 38 in Newark Valley, N.Y.

Hosted and organized by the Newark Valley Historical Society, the two-day festival featured live music, multiple heritage and guild demonstrations, a tour of the homestead, horse-drawn wagon rides, children’s activities, vendors and artisans, historical interpreters, along with plenty of food choices, and, of course, fresh apples, apple cider and apple desserts!
