There will be a Town Hall meeting with Tracy Mitrano, Democratic candidate for Congress in the 23rd Congressional District, at the Countryside Community Center, located at 9 Sheldon Guiles Blvd. in Owego on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 6 p.m.
Mitrano grew up in Rochester, N.Y. and helped her father in his downtown restaurant, where she learned firsthand the importance of community and hard work. Mitrano is also a cyber-security expert, teacher, and mother.
