Stray Haven Humane Society & SPCA invites you to celebrate their 50th year of service in Tioga County during their annual Holiday Open House. The event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 3, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the animal shelter located at 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly, N.Y.
The Holiday Open House is a free, family-friendly event featuring refreshments, silent auction baskets, tours of the facility, and holiday activities focused on shelter pet adoption.
Meet the shelter staff and board members, and learn about the many volunteering opportunities at Stray Haven, from fostering kittens to serving as an adoption ambassador. Help them fill the stockings of the shelter animals and make their holiday wishes come true!
The “Name Your Adoption Price” promotion for senior pets and long-term residents is a way for adopters to donate what they can while giving a dog or cat a new home. During the Open House, they will also have reduced adoption fees for all of their adult animals.
