The 1st Annual “Bark in the Park”, an event for dog lovers and their entire family, will take place on Saturday, July 30, at Hickories Park and across from the Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is being hosted by ODOG, the Owego Dog Owners Group.
Attending “Bark In The Park” will be local restaurants and craft beer breweries. There will also be live music, craft vendors, veterinarians and dog entertainment events, and much more.
Enter your dachshund in the Weiner Dog Race. Does your dog look like you? Enter in the Dog Look Alike contest. Does your dog do a cool or stupid trick? Enter your dog in the Stupid Pet Trick contest.
This unique dog park serves more than 300 visitors and their dogs weekly. All donations go directly to support the dog park and your donations are tax deductible, ODOG is a non-profit organization.
