Catholic Charities Tioga Outreach Center is pleased to accept a grant for the Youth Engagement Services (YES) Program from the Floyd Hooker Estate Fund of the Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers.
The grant will fund activities for youth enrolled in our after school program at Newark Valley High School as well as provide support for the YES Mentoring program.
The YES program at Newark Valley High School and Spencer-VanEtten High School offer after school tutoring, career exploration, community service opportunities, cultural field trips, and reward trips based on academic achievement. YES Mentoring is a countywide program offering individual mentoring for youth age nine to 17.
