Work on the Owego Elementary School progresses, with images recently posted by the school. The previous school structure was destroyed by the flooding in 2011.
Students from the school have been temporarily displaced, commuting to Linnaeus W West Elementary School in Endicott during the construction. It is hoped that the school will be completed soon, allowing students to return.
