The Owego Sikorsky team of Lockheed Martin, led by site manager and former Marine, Tony DeCarlo, contacted the Tioga United Way and asked if they could adopt a family for Thanksgiving. Thanks to this team, a special family in Tioga County enjoyed a delicious meal on this holiday.
