The Tioga County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Tyler W. Johnson, age 26, of 3110 State Route 206, Whitney Point, N.Y. was arrested on Sept. 21, 2015 for Petit Larceny
This charge resulted from an investigation of a larceny that occurred on July 3, 2015 in the Village of Newark Valley at Village Wine and Spirits.
The defendant was arraigned before Justice John Schaffer of the Town of Newark Valley Court and was released on his own recognizance.
Tyler W. Johnson is scheduled to reappear before Justice Schaffer on Oct. 13, 2015.
