There will be a Public Joint Informational Meeting of the Town of Owego and Town of Tioga Boards and the Village of Owego Board on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m. at the Ron Dougherty County Office Building, Hubbard Auditorium, 56 Main St., Owego for the purpose of hearing information on the proposed formation of an Owego Fire District and abolition of the Village of Owego Fire Department.
The Village of Owego Fire Department Legal Affairs Committee will be present.
