I have been the Owego Town Clerk for 26 years and would like to endorse Andrea Klett for Tioga County Clerk. Andrea was a Deputy Receiver for me from September 2003 until July 2004 and she was an excellent clerk.
She was conscientious, detail oriented, polite and professional with the public. She quickly learned the procedures of all the different responsibilities of the Town Clerk’s Office and I knew I could trust her with private information as well as the handling of funds during daily operations.
Please consider voting for Andrea for Tioga County Clerk in the Republican Primary to be held on Thursday, Sept. 10.
