Last Saturday, the Newark Valley Historical Society’s Guides/Cooking Guild met in Berkshire at the home of Lil and Rich Barron for their annual “Stone Soup” luncheon. Each guild member brought an ingredient to add to the kettles that simmered on Lil’s open hearth.
It was a delightful way to spend a cold winter day!
