Last Thursday, New York State Attorney General Letitia James made a stop at Joshua’s House in Owego, and as she traveled through the region to take a closer look at the area’s needs, and to share in a brief discussion with community members, youth, and members from several organizations that work to combat and prevent drug addiction in Owego.
