Town of Owego extends State of Emergency to May 20

Last week, the Town of Owego announced that The State of Emergency, initially declared on March 20, 2020, is extended through May 20, 2020. 

This State of Emergency has been declared due to a COVID-19 outbreak and in conjunction with New York State and Tioga County Executive Orders related to the same, as this situation threatens public safety.
