Tioga County SCOPE announces next meeting; welcomes new members

The Tioga County committee of SCOPE (Shooters Committee on Political Education) will be holding their next meeting on Wednesday, April 13 at 7 p.m. in the Legislative Conference Room of the Tioga County Office Building located at 256 Main St. in Owego, N.Y.

SCOPE is a 50-year old organization in New York State dedicated to informing people of their firearms rights under the Second Amendment of the Constitution. SCOPE is currently focused on the repeal of the SAFE Act.
