Members of the IMPC learn about photography.
Image Makers Photography Club (IMPC) meets every Tuesday, from 5 to 6 p.m., at the Tioga County Boys & Girls Club. At IMPC, students learn different techniques and aspects of photography and then they put what they’ve learned into practice by taking innovative photos with a digital camera.
