Brittany Woodburn.
Please join Tioga County Economic Development and Planning in welcoming new staff member Brittany Woodburn. Woodburn officially joined the Tioga County Team on Monday, Dec. 28 as an Economic Development Specialist.
Woodburn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in May of 2012 from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She comes to Tioga County with three years of experience in loan operations, and a working knowledge of the banking industry.
Woodburn was born and raised in Newark Valley, N.Y. She currently resides in Owego, N.Y. with her husband, Tommy, and son Dillon.
