Why is Mr. Chartrand still fighting a battle that was settled two years ago when the voters approved the new OES by a vote of 684-170? Get over it Joe. It’s over.
Eighty percent in favor says it all. It’s time for you to move on. It’s time for the local press to rule the discussion moot and stop providing platforms to continue it.
