On Oct. 1, 2015, New York State Police and the Village of Owego Police Department executed a search warrant at 61 North Ave., Apartment 2F, in the Village of Owego.
As a result, the New York State Police in Owego have arrested Mark Moseman, 49, of 61 North Ave., Apartment 2F, Owego, N.Y. for the class E felony of possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old and the class D felony of promoting a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years old.
These charges related to digital child images that he possessed and disseminated using the internet.
This search warrant resulted from a joint investigation with the New York State Police Computer Crime Unit following cyber tip and leads developed.
Moseman was arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 property bond.
