Lourdes Hospital welcomes Robert Fisher of Owego, N.Y. and Brian Rose of Endwell, N.Y. to its Board of Directors.
Fisher has been with Tioga State Bank for 23 years and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer. He has served in the U.S. Air Force and sat on numerous national, state and community Boards of Directors, including the Independent Community Bankers of America.
Rose is Vice President for Student Affairs at Binghamton University. He has practiced Law and his background working at Binghamton University and Rutgers University includes Planning, Development, Capital Project Management and Program Development.

The Board of Directors of Lourdes Hospital consists of 16 members. Board members serve a 3-year term and can serve a total of three terms, or nine years.
