On Sept. 10, just in time for school, the Salvation Army donated backpacks and school supplies in support of the Tioga Outreach Center’s YES club at Newark Valley High School. Their generous donation helps those students most in need.
The Salvation Army makes donations to four schools, and the new YES Expansion program in the Spencer High School will also receive a designated portion of the overall donations!
