Barbara Pralat was recently recognized on the Dean’s List at SUNY New Paltz for the spring 2015 semester.
Pralat, a Tioga Central High graduate, was also recognized for her community service; particularly, while in Tioga County, for assisting A New Hope Center, The Open Door Mission, and during flood recovery efforts.
Pralat is the daughter of Ute Burchard.
