A Berry Best Hat Contest to benefit A New Hope Center will take place during this year’s Strawberry Festival on June 20, 2015 in downtown Owego, N.Y.
The Black Cat Gallery sponsors the Berry Best Hat Contest, with all of the proceeds from the contest benefiting A New Hope Center.
Applications are available at the Black Cat Gallery, and the entry fee is $5. The judging will take place at 1 p.m. at the Black Cat Gallery.
The Black Cat Gallery is located at 190 Front St. in Owego, N.Y.
