On May 15, 2015, following a two-week investigation, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Troop “C” Uniform Force executed a search warrant at 1608 Tracy Street, Apartment 3, in the Village of Endicott, Broome County.

Seized during the search warrant was a .22 caliber H&R revolver, a small amount of marihuana, crack pipes, marihuana pipes and packaging material.

State Police charged Anthony R. Sbarra, age 31 of 1608 Tracy St., Apartment 3, Endicott, N.Y. with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree a Class D Felony, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana a Violation, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd  Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Interlock Device and other Vehicle and Traffic Law charges.

Anthony R. Sbarra was arraigned before Justice Fauci in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond.
