On Sunday, Dec. 14, Insight Archery, located at 73 Griswold St. in Binghamton, N.Y. will host their 5th Annual “Toys for Tots” Benefit Shoot. Line times are 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. The Tournament will be a Vegas 450 Round, with classes that include: Open (no restrictions), Bowhunter (fixed pins,12-inch stabilizer) and Traditional (sticks and strings); All classes shoot 20 yards, children 12 and under shoot ten yards.
The entry fees are a $15 new in package toy or equivalent monetary donation for adults, and a $10 new in package toy or equivalent monetary donation for children. All donations will go to the Binghamton Police Department for distribution.
According to Staff Shooter for Insight Archery, Mo “Reese” Taylor, this is one of the most unique fundraisers that you will come across.
“Not often do you see an archery tournament used to gather funds and toys for underprivileged children,” stated Taylor.
