The Tioga County Fitness Challenge will be short and sweet this year. The Challenge will consist of its three most popular events and will still include strength, speed and endurance. The events are within 6 weeks of each other in a 1-2-3 punch!

TC Fitness Challenge events improve the health of our communities and support our local non-profit organizations. Individuals of all ages and fitness abilities, as well as teams from Tioga County and beyond are invited to participate. Whether you are new to fitness, a weekend warrior, or a serious athlete, there is something for everyone. Bring your family, form a new team with your coworkers, join an existing team. Individuals and teams do not have to be from gyms and fitness centers.
