SUNY Youth Sports Institute Coach Gary Vail trains Little League Coaches

SUNY Sports Institute Certified Trainer and retired Windsor Athletic Director and 30-year coach Gary Vail educated 25 Owego Little League Managers last Saturday. Topics included teaching techniques, emotional and physical health and safety, and character education in a three hour evidence-based curriculum. The training was held at the Owego Elementary School.
