Subjects Arrested for Robbery and Attempted Marihuana Sale

(Triangle, NY – February 25, 2010) On February 24, 2010, the New York State Police in Endwell investigated a report of an armed robbery which occurred in the Village of Triangle, Broome County. Two black males and a white male stole a half pound of Marihuana and personal possessions from the victims during a botched drug transaction in which a handgun was displayed. The Marihuana was valued at between $800.00 and $2200.00.   
 

The following subjects were arrested on February 24, 2010, for Robbery in the 2nd Degree: 
 

  • Donelle A. Mays, age 22, of 14-4 Saratoga Heights, Binghamton, NY
  • Willis J. Stocks, age 18, of 3663 Watson Boulevard, Endwell, NY
  • Anthony J. Morse, age 17, of 35 Delcar Drive, Glenn Aubrey, NY


They were arraigned in the Town of Triangle Justice Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail. 
 

The following robbery victims were also arrested on February 24, 2010, for Attempted Criminal Sale of Marihuana in the 2nd Degree and Making Punishable False Written Statement: 
 

  • Kevin J. Peters, age 23, of 112 Odell Avenue, Endicott, NY
  • Adam D. Morneau, age 18, of 1797 Cornell Hollow Road, Endicott, NY

 
They were released Appearance Tickets to appear at the Town of Triangle Justice Court at a later date.  
 

State Police were assisted in this investigation by the Broome County Sheriff’s Department.
