Man killed following two-vehicle accident in Owego

share thisThe Tioga County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident on Feb. 28, 2010 at 10:15 a.m. in the Town of Owego.
According to reports, a vehicle operated by Kenneth P. Padgett, age 56, of 2217 East Beecher Hill Rd., Owego, NY was going in a southerly direction in the southbound lane of East Beecher Hill Road when the vehicle slid into the northbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by Terri B. Czuhanich, age 51, of 1826 East Beecher Hill Rd., who was going in a northerly direction on East Beecher Hill Road.
Padgett was pronounced dead at Wilson Hospital.
