Hiawatha Blaze U16G Travel Soccer Team from the Southern Tier traveled to Afrim’s Sport Center in Albany for a Premiere level Full Field Tournament. They played some incredible soccer, against teams from Albany, Syracuse and downstate.
Blaze entered into the championship game in first place. The Championship game against a premiere team from Poughkeepsie ended in a tie during regulation play, forcing us to go into penalty kicks. Hiawatha Blaze went 100 percent in penalty kick’s resulting in an awesome and exciting Championship Title. Congratulations, Hiawatha Blaze!
