But Best Friends realized that this successful fundraising event did not have to be tied to a few geographical venues and added Strut Your Mutt Day in 2011 as a virtual fundraising platform that Best Friends Network partners everywhere could tailor to their needs.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenstreetdata.com\/PS\/owego\/files\/2020\/09\/Strutt_Mutt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-81063\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greenstreetdata.com\/PS\/owego\/files\/2020\/09\/Strutt_Mutt.jpg\" alt=\"Stray Haven to participate in Best Friend Animal Society\u2019s \u2018Strut Your Mutt Day\u2019\" width=\"712\" height=\"151\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.greenstreetdata.com\/PS\/owego\/files\/2020\/09\/Strutt_Mutt.jpg 712w, http:\/\/www.greenstreetdata.com\/PS\/owego\/files\/2020\/09\/Strutt_Mutt-300x64.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\" \/><\/a>This year more than ever, the virtual Strut Your Mutt Day will be an important tool to help animal shelters and rescue groups raise money toward saving the lives of homeless dogs and cats.<\/p>\n<p>The Stray Haven Virtual Strut Your Mutt celebration will be held starting now through Saturday, Oct. 24.<\/p>\n<p>Jen Woodard-Reynolds, Stray Haven\u2019s Executive Director, stated, \u201cWe at Stray Haven are proud to be part of the Best Friends Strut Your Mutt virtual celebration happening across the country.
