There will be color choices. This is a modern translation created using modern innovations for the type of earrings worn by the Victorian ladies. They would have loved the modern two-hole beads. These are not copies, but are impressions of the style using newer two-hole beads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beading was a very serious subject to Victorian ladies who had the time to indulge in it themselves or the wherewith to hire a well known beader doing the work for something special. It might be a Christening gown, a ball gown, a wedding gown, or mourning garments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of the workshop is $15 for members of the Newark Valley Historical Society, and&nbsp; $20 for non-members. Scholarships are available.
