PGA Fall Pro Shootout as well as Pennsylvania Central Counties Pro-Am Championship winner in 2017; and a three-time nominee for Central N.Y. PGA Section Assistant Golf Professional of the year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born and raised in Elmira, N.Y., Augustine still resides there with his wife, Shelly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augustine has been a Class A PGA Member since 2004, and dedicated several years as a member on the national PGA President\u2019s Council on Growing the Game. Throughout his career, he has continued to utilize his passion and knowledge to still provide excellent educational opportunities for golfers of all ages and skill sets, while providing award-winning golf course operations and a proven track record for increasing club memberships and engagement at his facilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the successful golf courses that Augustine has managed is the Mark Twain Golf Course in Elmira, which was rated the Number One Best Kept Secret in America by Golf Digest in 2004. The facility was also ranked 25th by Golf Week Magazine on \u201cAmerica\u2019s 30 Best Municipal Golf Courses\u201d list.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augustine\u2019s commitment to growing the game has illustrated his consistent close partnerships with local municipal leaders, as he has a proven track record of engaging at municipal meetings and ensuring community satisfaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tioga Golf Club facilities feature a bar and restaurant, pro shop, locker rooms, along with a banquet hall and a full on-site catering kitchen.
