Fisher was nominated for the national position of Vice Chairman for the 2019-2020 Independent Community Bankers of America\u00ae (ICBA) board of directors.&nbsp;ICBA\u2019s board of directors will vote on the nominations during the 2019 ICBA national convention, ICBA&nbsp;<em>LIVE\u00ae, <\/em>which will be held March 18-22 in Nashville.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fisher has been involved in ICBA for more than ten years, stating, \u201cIt is an honor to continue my service to ICBA and community banking.
