On Nov. 21, 2018 at approximately 7:20 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Kenneth S. Kurzeja, age 25 of Endicott, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. <\/p>\n
Troopers responded to a residence on Grant Street in the town of Union after another resident complained that Kurzeja destroyed the walls of the apartment with a metal pipe.<\/p>\n
The complainant did not want Kurzeja to be arrested originally. The complainant later called troopers again after Kurzeja allegedly kicked a door off its hinges and damaged it.<\/p>\n
After the second call, the complainant did want Kurzja held accountable for those actions. Kurzja was located and subsequently arrested.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned at Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing where he was remanded to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond. <\/p>\n
