On Aug. 16, Lieutenant Governor Hochul joined Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo and the members of Tioga Women Lead on the Courthouse steps in Owego to announce Tioga County\u2019s Women\u2019s Suffrage events taking place on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The public is invited to attend this celebration in honor of the 100th anniversary of Women\u2019s Right to Vote in New York. The event takes place at the courthouse from noon until 4 p.m. <\/p>\n

Included will be tours of the courthouse and re-enactments from this historic period of time. The historic Tioga County Courthouse starting at noon and running continuously for two hours. Tours will depart every ten to 15 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n
